  • PURCHASING
    • HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

      Shopping at MR & MRS BOW is easy:

      -Use the BOW BABY, BOW LITTLE, BOW KID, ACCESSORIES, SHOES and GIFTS links. You can also shop directly from the MIX&MATCH and NEW ARRIVALS links.
      -Once you have found an item, choose your size and click on the 'ADD TO SHOPPING BAG' button on the product page.
      -Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'SHOPPING BAG' link at the top of the page.
      -Click on 'PROCEED TO PURCHASE' to complete your order.

      DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
      You can shop at MR & MRS BOW without creating an account.
      However, register with us and you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits
      -Track your orders and review past purchases
      -Request a return or exchange directly from your account
      -Add sold out items and products you love to your Wish List

      IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE?

      Please be assured that we take data protection seriously,
      and your information will only be shared with third parties where they abide by applicable

  • MY ACCOUNT
    • I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD - WHAT SHOULD I DO?

      To re-set your password, follow the 'FORGOTTEN PASSWORD' instructions on the SIGN IN page. Please note, for
      security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.

  • SHIPPING & DELIVERY
    • WHICH COUNTRIES DOES MR & MRS BOW SHIP TO?

      MR & MRS BOW ships to 150 - 170 countries worldwide

    • DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES AND FREIGHT FORWARDING ADDRESSES?

      Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes and forwarding addresses,
      which includes Aramex addresses.

    • DOES MR & MRS BOW SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

      We are only able to deliver to one address per order.
      If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses,
      we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.

    • HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE, AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

      For information on delivery and shipping charges to your destination, view our
      Shipping guidelines.

    • IS MY PACKAGE INSURED AND DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?

      MR & MRS BOW does not take responsibility for any postal damages once your package leaves the warehouse.
      However, to ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition,
      we will require proof of delivery for all orders and are unable to
      authorize for packages to be delivered without a signature.

    • HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

      Once your order has been dispatched,
      you will receive an email containing your order details and tracking number.
      If you have registered an account with us,
      you can also follow the progress of your delivery by signing into
      your account and selecting My Account followed by Order Status.

  • PAYMENT METHODS/CURRENCY
    • WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES MR & MRS BOW ACCEPT AND IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE?

      We accept Visa and MasterCard. You can also choose to pay with PayPal and Eximbay.


      HOW CAN I CHOOSE THE CURRENCY I PAY IN?

      For all shipping destinations, you will be billed in US Dollars (USD).

  • RETURN & REFUND
    • CAN I CHANGE OR AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

      Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can change the size or edit
      your billing and shipping details. However, we are unable to combine orders, cancel
      items or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.
      *If you need to make any amendments, please leave us a message at the Q&A section,
      which is at the bottom of our website, or e-mail our customer service
      at HELLO@MRNMRSBOW.COMwithin 24 hours after placing order during working hours.

    • HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

      Making a return or exchange is easy. You have 3 days upon product arrival to decide
      whether to keep your items. To arrange your exchange or return, simply sign in to your
      MR & MRS BOW account and go to the Q&A section under MY ACCOUNT. Click on
      REQUEST and select RETURN & REFUND, then choose on the product you wish to
      return and the reason(s) why you wish to return. Simply click OK and wait for our reply.

      WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL VALUE OF MY ORDER?

      Your refund will only be issued as MR & MRS BOW store credit. Shipping costs are not
      refunded; unless your items are faulty. All custom duties and sales taxes are non-
      refundable. However, you may be able to recover these costs by contacting your
      local customs bureau directly.

  • TAXES & DUTIES
    • HOW MUCH DUTIES AND TAXES WILL I HAVE TO PAY?

      Taxes and duties are calculated according to your
      shipping destination. So once your order arrives at its destination
      you may be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales
      taxes depending on the country you are shipping to, in order to release
      your order from customs. 
      *MR & MRS BOW is NOT responsible for any import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by your home country
